Bar position

Just wondering I have my Bar positioned on the top of my screen. I would like to have it on the bottom of the screen but it goes underneath the windows task bar. I've looked on the options menu for positioning but can't find what to change so it doesn't go underneath. Can anyone help me out? Thanks so much
