How to "force" a font onto a skin in WB

I'm 90% sure that I used to have an option in WB configurations dialog to tell it to use a font of my choice, kinda like forcing to use a specific taskbar instead of the one defined in the skin. However, I recently reinstalled the whole system and can't find that option. So either I just don't remember the correct location or I'm going nuts.

Can anyone tell me where that option is?

You have font overides in...Display properties > Appearance tab > Advanced button.

Yeah, it's definitely one sub menu too obtuse/astract/removed.
