Startmenu won't skin

My start menu won't skin but the rest will, i have the full version and still trying to figure out how to use it.

Please open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on View my system information.  Copy/paste that info here.

Right Click on your start menu button > Properties > Start Menu Tab > Check off " Start Menu "
Hit Apply and Ok...reapply blind and or reboot.

Classic menu will not skin..if thats not the problem..stay tuned..
