WindowBlinds Vista 32-bit: Keeps telling me to restart

I have installed WB 5.5 on my Vista Home Premium 32 bit. I have administrative privliges and I ran the installer as an administrator. I have tried this many times, but it keeps saying it must be rebooted after I reboot it. Any help is appriceated.

did you install via a stand a lone download/install or did you use the Stardock Central browser/installer?

when installing:

antivirus, etc off?
scriptblocking off?
UAC off?

I have ZA turned off





What version of ZA are you running with Vista?

I'll assume it's the 044 version. If ZA is causing a problem, it's probably the Kav engine. "Turning ZA off" won't cut it. Un-check the 'Load at Startup' and re-boot. Make sure no 'Scanningprocess.exe' is running in Taskmanager and try the WB install again.
