How do you change font style in Places List in startup menu?

Hello,
I am trying to change the look of the font in the Startup menu under the Places List...( not the list itself, just the menu alone where you see My Computer, Control Panel....etc.).  I have the color I like, I just need to add a shadow to the font.  In SkinStudio, I can bring up the Places options but it does not give me the option to change the font, just the color of the font.  Where do I go to change the font style for this section?  Here is what I am looking to achieve.  My Start Menu is transparent.  I need the font to have a black outline so it will show up better when I hit the Start button.  I do not know how to add the black outline?  Thanks for any help......

Far as I know, color is the only thing you can change there, at least on XP. For whatever reason, the OS doesn't support font shadows or outlines there. Same with standard menu item text - doesn't support shadowed text there, either. Would sure be nice if WB could overcome that, but it apparently can't.

In SKS that font is determined by misc>fonts forclassic widgets>icon title font.

It wont use font effects and its also the window font.

You wont see it change until you apply a diff skin and go back to your new one.
