Multiple Dock Issues

so here is the problem i am having.. below is a picture of my dock setup. everything works fine. but after a while the top dock stops using its magnification effect. and when i go to view my docks. it says i only have one up.. then i reload my saved theme and it is still not there. i have to keep creating it over again.(the top dock that is, the bottom one always stays). any ideas? Also, why doesnt the theme save both docks when i save/package it?

I have OD+ 1.9, just formated my hardrive, rienstalled 1.9 from the archive & used the theme I had saved. 2 tabbed docks & 2 standard docks. I would suggest clearing your cache..Tutorial found HERE

Woha. That is definitely a weird problems.

 

Have you tried ObjectDock 1.9?

Eek! Yes yeah, f33db4ck which version are you using? v1.9? Also, does exiting and re-opening the program solve the problem?
