Stardock Central

No Update

  Central will not let me update my Iconpackager it keeps giveing me a must register sign or download later/cancel can you tell me what this is all bout I have 2 email addresses robertewry@sbcglobal.net and robertewry@hotmail.com if that may have somthing to do with it if it does what can I do to Rectify the situation any help would be Appreciated thanks very much.Robert

I'd suggest opening a case at support@stardock.com so they can check your accounts (email them the details of this problem)

Further, I'd reccomend that you edit your post to remove your email addys.  Why atract spam, right?

Well I am sorry but I thought that is what a forum was suppose to be for ?s and answers. My fault I'll have to figure this one out.

You can also go to the Chat room. They are very helpful. But Stardock support is your best bet.

That could be the issue and the response here:

1) are you signed in to Stardock Central? tools > settings - stardock.net account
2) is your Iconpackager a separate download or part of ObjectDesktop?
3) is your subscription current?
4) is your serial registered? I just noticed, when I opened SDC just now and check the registrations - all the serials are now blank - you can get your serial emails from the stardock support page or clicking serial lookup in SDC or going to 'my account' at WC and clicking the 'registrations' tab
