Reinstall

Had my power supply go out on me the 7th and when that happen it destroyed my harddrive so I had to do a fresh install and now every time I go to load a Iconset It says Error failed to load SDCZIP.DLL please reinstall the application to correct the problem I have reinstalled it several time problem still there can some one help I thank you for your time and patients.
