Problem with ObjectDock 1.9

tabs always on top, even when "tabs always on top" box is unchecked

Hey there.

Whenever I start up my computer, my ObjectDock tabs remain on top of all open windows, despite the fact that the "tabs always on top" box is unchecked in the ObjectDock preferences.

however, if I check the box, uncheck it, then apply, it works as it should. however, I end up having to do this every single time I start up my computer, and, needless to say, this shouldn't be the case.

Not the biggest deal in the world, but it's somewhat irritating I suppose.

I should also mention that I'm on Vista Home Premium.

Thanks guys, it's a great program!

Yep,

The same problem occurs on my system with Vista Ultimate and I also use the same 'workaround'.

It's still irritating...

I often state this fix but more often than not it works. Give this a try then restart.

Go to start > run and then copy this into the command line:

%userprofile%\local settings\application data\stardock

It will open a file folder. Delete the ObjectDock one. Be sure to save before doing all of this.

This should clear your issue. Please let me know if you still have problems.

Cheers

hi, sorry for such a long delay between replies, but taht didn't seem to work for me. perhaps that folder path only works for XP? in vista, i couldn't find a similar folder.

i went to C:\users\david\appdata\local\stardock and deleted the ObjectDock plus folder, but when I restarted my computer the same problem continued.

anyone know how I can fix this problem?
