Lot of missing trays

I've looked up missing trays and There aren't many in here. I have missing tray with many skins, and not as many with the icons showing in the tray. or the bottom right of the taskbar, by the clock. The clock is however never missing.None of the solutions in here did anything to correct the problem.

Assuming you are talking about WindowBlinds, in WB config, override default settings, do you have it set to use small size taskbar. This is the most common cause of icons not showing in system tray. If so set it to skin decides size for taskbar, it will be a little bigger than small but all will be applied with skin settings. ( this has to do with the content margins skinners use for system tray, at small taskbar not always enough margin to draw icons, if margin is 1 pixel less than is needed to display icons they will not display.)
