Help!!--2 unbearable BUGS in Dock 1.9 Plus

I bought the ODock 1.9 plus several days ago, now I found it has some major problems when I start using it.
I'm now using vista ultimate OS, Computer: IBM X60 with 2G memory.
Bug 1: If I use the "hide off screen when using maximized applications". When there is only 1 window maximized(all other windows are minimized), the dock won't show up again if I minimize the only maximized window. i can only put my mouse to the button to let those docks show themselves.

When it was minimized, docks can't show up.
bug 2: If I choose the "reserve edge of screen" box, every time I open/close a window, the gadgets bar on the right will "refresh" itself and all the gadgets will flash once...making it a very horribale using experience.
These bugs made me impossible to use this software...bucause all the "new functions" in "positioning" are troublesome...
I hope your team(Jeff?) could crack these problems down and give me a hot fix or sth.~
