Same dock for multiple users?

Is there any way to have one dock with the same icons for multiple accounts? Like force ObjectDock to point to a neutral folder (such as C:\Program Files) instead of a personal one?

set the link to a neutral folder

other than that... what you'll have is multiple identical docks to go with the accounts
create on one account - save it as a theme - apply the theme to the other accounts
