WinXP-on-PC (Primary) / WinXP-on-Mac-via-Parallels (Secondary)

Can't get mouse arrow to show on WinXP VM on Parallels for Mac (secondary).
Having moved the cursor over to the "Mac" the cursor doesn't show on the "Mac" (XP/Parallels) screen - the primary PC mouse and keyboard both work over on the "Mac" side, I simply can't see the cursor over there.
Any ideas what else I can try to resolve this issue?
