ObjectDock Plus Beta Lockup in Winows XP

I see a lockup with the newest OD plus beta at startup. The dropdown menus or links associated with the icon will not start when they are mouse clicked. I had to uninstall and drop back to the stable build to get this to work again. I noticed that this error was dependent to which position(top, bottom, left or right) the OD menu was placed. It would only work correctly in the BOTTOM position. All of the configuration menus worked fine just the item selection would not. I am running the following

Windows Start Menu is hidden at bottom.
