I'm wondering if any Stardock programs are right for me.

I'm looking to build an emulation pc with tv-out, and I was wondering if Stardock offered the ability to boot to a gui screen somewhat like the xbox dashboard (with a scrollable list of programs I want to run), because I don't want the hassle of using a mouse to select folders or icons every time I need to run a new program.
