Error reading file header

occurs at startup & every time objectdock loads...

Hello all. I have an aggravating issue with my ObjectDock. It won't load (both at startup & at later instances) unless i "OK" a pop-up that says "Error Reading File Header". The title bar says "C:\WINDOWS\Installer\{D25122BC-A60E-4663-B602-B01718F12044}\Icon3E5562ED7.ico"

I'm dumbfounded. I re-installed, but it was to no avail. Recently I messed around with CCleaner's startup cleaning tool. Could that be it? If anyone could help me out in ANY way, I would really appreciate it...

Much thanks in advance,

Audrey

one thing you can try, is uninstall the application again, then use your registry cleaner to remove all traces of the program, and also remove any folder relating to the program as well.../program files/wincustomize/object dock, then download stardock central and use that prgram to download and install the latest version of objectdock, that may work or it may not, but it is your best bet to get it working, good luck

Lassyvious: the icon file is invalid. But, ObjectDock shouldn't be stopping to notify you of this. This has been fixed for v1.6, currently in beta

Just wanted you to know that I too have this problem, although my path is a little different.

The file in question is associated with a Cisco VPN client. Do you have Cisco VPN software installed?

I replaced the default Cisco Icon with one I downloaded and the problem seems to have gone away.
