Try clearing the cache files for ObjectDock:
1 - Open 'My Computer' > Tools menu > Folder Options > View tab > select "Show hidden files and folders" > click 'Apply'.
2 - Unload ObjectDock if loaded > go to: 'C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock' folder (where 'USERNAME' is the name on your account) and delete any 'ObjectDock' folder found there.
Step#2 is the actual procedure of "Clearing the cache", which will remove any user preferences and force ObjectDock to load with the defaults.
Note - this will remove any issue that may be tied to the game dock entry in ObjectDock, but you should still unload ObjectDock before playing games due to possible 'Overlay' conflicts between ObjectDock and the game you are running.
Also, based on your comment in #5, it may be an issue tied to the game shortcut setting of 'full screen'. You might try uninstalling the game and removing any left-over game files (folders in 'Program Files' and/or files in your account - usually found in 'My Documents' or the aforementioned 'Local Settings\Application Data' folder).
Once the game is removed, as well as any left-over files, you can reinstall the game. If you have unloaded ObjectDock (and cleared it's cache files) and still experience game issues, then the fault is not likely to be a conflict between the game and ObjectDock. At this point, you will need to look elsewhere (perhaps a recently installed driver, update, or game patch).
Good luck.
