Need help getting my download version

I just ordered the Download + CD version of GC2:Dark Avatar, but I have a problem

My login account for Stardock is one e-mail address, but I ordered the game with a Stardock account for buying stuff but used a different e-mail address, so even thought I get the e-mail with the serial number to dowaload the game, I am unable to download it

Can anyone help me?

I have already sent an e-mail to sales@stardock.com but o was hoping someone else might be able to help

I'm having a similar type of problem. After I clicked the checkout button I never got a serial number e-mailed to me. I requested my serial numbers again from the support page but in that e-mail there is no sign of a Dark Avatar serial number. Are there servers down today or what?

Please contact support@stardock.com and request an account merge with the two email addresses.

If you did not get a serial after your purchase, please contact sales@stardock.com to ensure the sale went through properly.
