Economic Treaty Trade

Just got half of drengin empire for it

I gave them economic treaty.

They gave me economic treaty, all their techs, all their money and bunch of ships (which I did not receive). The fun thing is that their economy is much stronger than mine, so it should be me giving them extra stuff. I believe it's a bug. Please fix it if possible.

There was a bug in the original version of DA where the AI mistakenly overvalued your economic treaty very early in the game. Patch up to the latest version and this issue has been fixed.

And be prepared to sell your soul for pretty much any techs or treaties after you patch. Trading has really been tightened up. The AIs are now as tight-fisted as Scrooge on Christmas Eve.

I'm glad to hear that this thing is fixed. I thought I updated the game, but it seems I did not due to messing up the serial number. Well, I corrected the number and I'm up-to-date now.

economy treaty is too tough to get in the beginning. Research treaty, on the other hand, isn't too hard to get in the beginning. Playing the Terran, I got all 9 AI's to give me their Research Treaty within 6 months of game start on Painful.
