I opened up Stardock this evening to see that DA has been patched to v1.50X.072. Does anyone know what it includes?

The rule of thumb, and ideally they'd have a sticky about this at the top of the page, is that any patch without a posted change log is virtually always a bug fix and nothing else.

I went onto stardock and didn't see the new patch. Does this patch fix the FOW problem on gigantic maps and the incredible defense bug?

Yes and No. If it does not appear for you, go to the internet section of the settings in SDC and hit the Refresh XML button.

It is on the list of things to be worked on. However there are no plans for standalone DA patches in the near future that I'm aware of; all patches will be via SDC only until updates are no longer regularly being made.

What I meant was standalone as in not part of the next big patch, not standalone as in not on SDC.
