Hard Point issue in DA

Ok so I am playing as the Yor collective and I have the large ship hull. I just got the regular hyper drive and I go to put it on my ship in a pair. One on either side of the back of the ship. I notice they do not match up. I tried some other parts and I noticed the same thing.

Is this a known issue???

I hope this gets fixed soon because the ships don't look right unless they are symmetrical.
