Shutdown Error from Objectdock in Vista

Hi, I am getting an error in Objectdock Free when shutting down in Vista, it only flashes up for a second and it says "Windows cant shut down or restart - Some files or services are still in use, you can continue to wait or cancel the process and try again" then it shuts down. Ive narrowed it down to Objectdock as it only happens when it is installed on a fresh vista install and stops when you uninstall it. Its slightly annoying having an error flash up every shutdown. Is anyone else experiencing this?

If you disable all docklets then shutdown, do you get an error?

Have you cleared the cache?

It appears to have worked clearing the cache!
(cant beleive I forgot about doing that!)

the cache in vista is here
C:\Users\Menu\AppData\Local\Stardock\ObjectDock

Thanks Bichur

Had no idea where it is on Vista.

I'm getting this exact same error... clearing the cache makes no difference. I don't have any docklets running either. It's pretty annoying especially when the sound's on - I get a big "DING" sound every time I shutdown as the message pops up.

Same here, on a clean build of Vista Ultimate, running ObjectDock Plus... have confirmed the 'ding' is generarted only when OD+ is installed.

Hey guys, I think that was one that crept in in the most recent beta. Did it happen in any of the previous ones? At any rate, I'm pretty confident that I've taken care of it, assuming it wasn't in v1.6-beta builds that were before a week or so ago.

SO THATS WHAT IT IS! I have OD free 1.5 and get the error too.

It was in 1.5 so does that mean it isn't fixed? It can get pretty annoying hearing that "bang" sound on shutdown.
