Object Dock Look-a-Like

I subscribe to Kim Komando's news letters and stuff and on the cool site of the day they showed a program that looks identical to object dock;WWW Link. I don't know if that is a copyright issue but it is suspect to me.

It's been out for a while. I'd imagine if there were any copyright issues Apple would have gone after them first.

Why would it be a copyright issue? And toward whom?

And why is this and "unauthorized successor"? Unauthorized by who? Does it use the same code as Y'z?

Don't see the issue here.
