Problems with DA Campaign

I can't seem to win the 'Death of the Korx' episode in the DA campaign. As far as I know I've satisfied they only two victory conditions of the chapter. But my ship carrying the emperor of korx is sitting in secotr 1,3, just like it says, and nothing is happening. I tried pressing the turn button after getting there thinkingthe game needed a full turn to realize what happened, but nada. The next turn after that the Korath spoke to me (which I assume violates the other condition of the scenario that you don't get noticed). Any ideas? How did others get past this part?

Hi!
I can't seem to win the 'Death of the Korx' episode in the DA campaign

My mission ended when one of my Anomaly Explorer ships entered that sector. I'll say I felt almost cheated: it was way to easy.

I ended up beating the game the old fashioned way, and then when I was attacking the Dread Lords planet that's when the victory screen came up (by accident).

I flew the ship to the location they specified and the game ended. Be careful that you're in the right spot. They mean the "sector" 1,3 and not "square" 1,3. The sector you're in is up on the top of the map, not down with the ship info.

Run that last one by me again? what's the difference? how do you figure out what secotr you're in. is 'sector' 1,3 not not at the ver bottom of the map? like when I click on the autopilot 'goto' my ship info screen says 'Destination 1,3' is that what they're talking about? I'm rather confused. ANd let me say the guy I'm hauling around is supposed to be giving me directions, and he hasn't said word one. Also, you said you were fighting the Dread Lords? Doesn't that violate the 'don't get noticed' provision in the game objectives?

Sector 1,3 is towards the left corner of the map. The sector you're currently looking at is displayed at the top center of the main screen.

tee hee hee probably. I just found that if I flew a ship near the Dread Lords planet, that's where the sector was at.

Yeah, I noticed this too...
And on the earlier mission, when I was supposed to be given instructions on how to place the spies on dirith I didn't get a single thing!

Where am I supposed to find all this useful information? Does it even exist!?

You're not meant to get additional information. The spymaster's job is to make sure that once you place the four spies on the planet, they will manage to find the necessary information.

I was wondering why we're given such an easy mission, until the next mission comes along -- I guess it's nice to already know where the good planets are, when you're facing the Dread Lords *and* the Korath!

The next mission is really easy too, you don't need any other planets! Just shove a few engines on a transport, and send it directly to dirith!

Doesn't always work; playing it right now and there's a Dread Lord Observer guarding the planet. Argh. Back to ship-building..
