WHY was I turned down on special rate for cursor XP? I am disabled and on a fixed income and paid a LOT of money for Window blinds AND OBJECT DESKTOP..I ENTERED THE REQUIRED information and was turned down;= (CursorXP for Object Desktop Network Subscribers We're sorry, but we could not locate your registration in our customer database. Did you try contacting Sales@stardock.com as it instructed?

There are always things that can go wrong, like communication errors with our database, or a serial number that was entered incorrectly.  However, if you contact sales, they can look into the issue and resolve it for you.
