moving saved game

Is there a way to move a saved game? I saved my former game files when I had to revamp and reload my OS. Now I've reloaded game and want to pick up where I left off. What file should I be looking for and where so I can move it to loaded game program?

Saved games are stored in "My Games\galciv2" under My Documents.
