To admin:-or anybuddy who know what is the criteria of featured desktopx theme.
if any buddy make desktopx of very good quality and when it is not feature iam not talking about me.
if there is any thread where first we submitt screenshot and when it is featured there
then we upload it. thank

Featured skins and screenshots are chosen by the admins and moderators. I wouldn't say there is a specific criteria to getting something featured, it's usually someone just seeing a really nice/popular skin and featuring it.
