Minimize app

Is there any way to minimize running applications or windows into objecdock instead of the taskbar ?

Not that I'm aware of.

ODock basically 'mirrors' the task bar (in it's own fashion) so to speak. It's basically pulling in the info from the taskbar to show on the dock. If it's not shown on the taskbar, there's nothing to pull onto the dock.

Ok, I'm not sure you did understand what I meant.
Let's take a look at this video http://one.revver.com/watch/160224/affiliate/65364
You will see what I mean with "minimize windows" in object dock (Plus)
Is it possible like it's showed in that video ?

Yes, When you first open OD+ you select hide the windows taskbar .....then you choose Dock Contents on the left and then check box ..show running tasks on the dock. you can also choose which side of the dock you want it on. You can also show your system tray as well, it shows up exactly the way it is in your windows tray but Here is another cool way to make a system tray allowing you to even change some of those ugly icons

Create a system tray Dock by Corky_O

Hope that helps....Can not work on my computer without OD+ And I always hide the windows taskbar. Just a note...you can always access the start menu by pressing the windows key on your keyboard. Can you tell I really really like Od

Post back if you would like some tips on docklets to use etc.

Hey My Secret, thx for the explanations, but can you plz tell me what's your OD+ version ? I'm using v1.3, and I don't see any box to check for "show running tasks"
Btw, nice to see someone from the same country as mine.

I'm not allowed to watch the movie, so I'm guessing as to what you want.

if you mean thumbnail representation:
there is an option to show running apps as thumbnails in ODock configure somewhere - but I'm not at home so no access to point it out - with Firefox and maybe some other, you have to use Odock to minimize to get the thumbnail (unless they fixed that I didn't notice)

this does not keep it from also showing as minimizing to the regular tray
