Installing old versions

I purchased Object Desktop in 2003, but I never renewed it. I would now like to install the old versions of the programs and use them for awhile to decide if I want to purchase again. I attempted to do this by installing the old version of Stardock Central (ver 1.11a.209, build 28) and then restoring the various programs from a back-up disk that I made after I first installed. Most of the programs reported that they were installed successfully (I've not yet tried to run any of them), but three did not. All three of these reported that odnt.xml failed to load, because the file could not be found. I also have back-ups of the files on the computer that OD was originally installed on (I no longer have that computer, and all programs were removed before I got rid of it) and I cannot find that file anywhere. So, is there some way to get the proper version of this file, or am I going to find other things missing? Or is this even going to work at all? And while I'm asking questions, how do I get this message editor to accept a carriage return? Nothing happens when I hit "enter"! Also the "Preview" tab just shows a black box.

I forgt to add that the programs that did not install were: Icon Developer 1.00.006, Skin Studio 4.00.006, and Theme Manager 2.00.008. Thanks!

I did that, but they said it might take up to "48 business hours" (that's over a week) for a response so I thought I'd see if someone here might know and I could get it set up sooner.
