System Tray icons too big

I have a problem with Aero v5 theme, it's great and all but the taskbar icons show up too big like this:

I have tried to find a way to resize them but no luck. Anything that I can do about it?

Edit: When I try other themes, the icons show up correctly.

I don't have that one, but if it was designed that way - you'll probably have to change it in SkinStudio

In the past, Caption Height has had an impact on SysTray Icon sizing. What's the Caption Height setting on that skin, just out of curiosity?

Well.. I can't find Caption Height from System Tray menu. But is it elsewhere then? Only menus that have "Captions" are Window Borders - Per Pixel and Tool Window Borders

Sorry, I was referring to the Titlebar image - Caption Height is a setting in that attribute section in SkinStudio. In SDSpeak, Caption = Titlebar.

Hi Daiwa!
This is the solution that I found:

* Click Start -> Control Panel -> Display

* Choose the Advanced Tab

* Go to the Active Title Bar option, and ensure that the font size is no larger than 8 point (Tahoma recommended).
apply..

In SkinStudio:

Click 'Window Borders' in the Explorer (left) pane.

Click the '+' sign next to 'Top Image' in the Attribute list in the right pane to expand that section.

Sixth attribute down in that section is 'Caption Height' - it must match the actual height of the 'Frame Image - Top' image, in pixels (will usually default to that).

Caption Height = 28
Frame image - Top = 769 x 28

So should I lower both values to 20 or something like that? For example, CH would be 20 and FI 769 x 20?

Edit: Now they are showing up correctly without editing those values. Weird stuff. My fonts were at Tahoma 8 like bilbo suggested, and after I checked those out and pressed ok, those icons started to show up the way they should Hopefully porblem solved now.

I have skins with Caption Heights from 23 to 29 which display the SysTray Icons properly, but I must admit I haven't played around with testing that for a loooong time, probable the WB 3.x days. I just remember that Caption Heights too far away from the Windows default (26, as I recall) would cause trouble with the rendering of those icons, even in Windows Classic (without WB running).

Glad you got it fixed.
