Upload problems

Hi!
I've been trying to upload a dream since yesterday night and I simply can't do it... It begins, but as it reaches the middle of the upload, IE returns an error message saying it can't display the page.
Yesterday, I was able to sucessfully upload one dream, after that, I can't upload anything... The dream size is 30Mb. Any thoughts??
