help, my windowblinds dont work

i just bought WB today, and when i try to skin, nothing comes up...


this is my system info.

Did you have the trial version installed previously and did you un-install it before installing the purchased version?  If you haven't already, try uninstalling WB5 and install the latest version from SDC. - https://www.stardock.com/products/sdcentral/

after you uninstall - reboot
after you install via SDC - reboot
