How do i turn off autohiding dock?

Probably a dumb question, but Whenever i put the tabbed dock against the edge of the screen, it automatically auto hides? Is there a way for it to rest against the edge of the screen without it autohiding?

I have the free, so no tabs... but looking through Corky O's Object Dock tutorials...

right click on it, view, lock dock position

If you right click OD clik on "tab settings" ,look under "position" clik "show dock as draw" you'll have the tab names showing,basicly use it's configuration options to test what OD can do



setting dock as a draw means it will show only the name tags until you mouse over, then it will zoom out so you can clik on the icon you want,unclik this setting if you want the dock to be all there,there's also a setting that allows you to reserve edge of screen tho i've never bothered to use it

Hey, it worked! Only took 2 years to figure it out. thank you fellas.

when i have "show dock as drawer" unchecked. As soon as i move the tabbed dock it to the edge of my screen, it automatically autohides, but if while its on the edge i check, then un-check. it works!

Bichur, just a heads up, that didn't fix the auto-hide issue but now i now how to lock it from being dragged around. ps thanks for always replying to my posts.
