Dread Lords are back event

where are they?

Hey there, I just got Dark Avatar and have been enjoying it, but I'm not noticing that much different from galciv2, then again I haven't played it for about a year.

Durring my game I got a cut-scene and an event saying the dread lords had returned to take over the galaxy. I became excited, something was going to finally happen in my game. Many turns went by and nothing happend. I was playing on small galaxy and could pretty much see everyone's territories and had scouts everywhere. Many many turns went by and I never saw a trace of these "dread lords".

A few other similar events have happend, pirates that never show up, some sort of space monster or something that I never saw...

Is there something wrong with my game maybe?

That event takes one random unhabitable planet and gives it to the Dread Lords. They get no ships initially, so in all likelihood, a nearby AI civ sent a couple of Transports to the planet, taking it over. The event can be quite weak if someone has the capacity to invade the planet in short-term.

Event should be tweaked up, at least give them a scout, or 10000 bc to start so they can buy something...
