Got my Copy of DA in the mail Crushed..

Today i received the CDROM of DA but somwhere along the great Postal Universe the Disc got crushed....Can I get another UnCrushed??? How??? Who do I contact??

Not a life or death situation but just be nice to have a usable copy..

Ok I've sent 3 emails regarding this issue to sales dept. No response as of yet....

Like I said not in any rush just want to know if they are going to replace this. It was a preorder and I paid months ago......

ANy way to push this along???

That's a bummer. I'm sure Stardock will take care of you though. I haven't yet received my CD, hope it's soon (and not crushed).

Have not got mine yet have not been to the post office. I had to redo my computer cause of a crash and I lost everything. No way to download it cause dialup sucks but the cd is on its way i hope.

Crushed CDs will be replaced. If you haven't gotten a reply from our Sales dept., please check your Junk Mail folder to make sure it wasn't listed as Spam.
