Disapears when I click Apply

Hi, I recently renewed my OD subscription. I have also purchased the Liquidox theme set. I like the iconpackager set but I'm not sure it's applying the icons correctly. After clicking load, then clicking Apply, the program just disapears. In Control panel I know it hasn't applied all the icons because in the Icon Preview area I have seen more of them that aren't in Control Panel (such as the Mouse icon). What is wrong??? (im on XP64)

If you have the beta installed, revert back to released (3.11)

I didn't have the beta, so I tried the beta, same thing. So I've reverted back to the normal 3.11.106 release. (Obviously still with the problem)
