lost serial codes...

Unfortunaly I think i lost both serials..for drengin.net and galciv. (bought drengin package)due to a hd crash.

Is there a way to retain the serials again?

yes, in SDC there is an option called "lookup serial number"
enter your email adress there, and it will be shipped to you.

If that doesnt help, try going to www.stardock.com and enter your email adress there in the support area

Sorry but i dont see an option 'lookup serial number'.
I have retreived my game manager serial.. but don't how to retreive my galciv number which i got when i bought drengis network.

Opions anyone? :sniff!:

Go to the web site support page, and put in the email you used when you registered. You'll get an email back with the info.

I think you don't need a seperate galciv registration number if you have a drengin registration number. Just enter your drengin game manager registration number into the registration and it should work.

Well i've figured it out.. someway :p
Thanx for the help. Its coming in with a whopping 6kb average.
But I thought the complete version would be hundreds of mb, this one still is 84.5 mb. Version 1.01

Oh well.. wait and see. :p

youe still have the multimedia to download probably, also go to Tools>settings>connections and see if you you have us. california which is the dedicated server for galciv
