Frustrating issue with Windowblinds.

Sorry I couldn't give a better description as the topic.
The other day I rebooted my PC, and when I logged back in, Windowblinds wasn't really loading. There was no taskbar, no buttons, textures from programs were missing, there were no title bars or any elements of the skin. So I logged in as someone else, uninstalled Windowblinds, then went back into my account and reinstalled it. At the end of the installation it says I need to reboot, so I do, and it's the exact same problem all over again.
I tried to take a screenshot, but couldn't open any menus to get to Paint. I'd really, REALLY appreciate some help, I'm used to the really nice VistaXP skin and now I'm stuck with this really bland and horribly ugly Windows default skin. Thanks.
