Registered DA but can't download - help!

As above. I've bought it, registered it but SDC won't allow me to download it, just has a "purchase button" next to it.

I first raised this with support on Sunday night. It's now Wednesday I've heard nothing on this issue and I still can't play. Im annoyed to say the least.

Have the latest version of SDC.

I've asked support to look at your ticket before they leave for the day.

If you haven't contacted support@stardock.com yet, do so.

A word of advice: apparently if you send additional messages to support, rather than 'bumping' yout ticket, it does the exact opposite. The support system shows those tickets that have not had any activity (on either end) in the longest time first, so repeatedly mailing them actually reduces the chances they'll get to your ticket (since it pushes you to the bottom of the queue).
