Theme editor pops upon boot then disappears. Why?

Why is Theme editor poping up at all upon boot? I have tried turning off auto startup and then turning it back on to see if it would fix the startup problem to no avail. As long as OB is in the startup menu, Theme editor seems to come back and haunt for several secs.

I run OB and OD+ and don't see this behavior. Maybe all these problems you are posting about are related to your systems. Dunno, but seems pretty odd.
