Fixing XML errors in PlanetImprovements.xml

As Chris Nahr has noted in another thread, there are some syntactical errors in the PlanetImprovements.xml file (specifically double dashes "--" in an XML comment starting at line 1958) that prevent Galactopedia from opening up this file. It's easy enough to fix the problem (e.g. edit the file in any text editor and delete the dashes), but if I do this will it screw up anything? Specifically, will editing the file mess things up if I want to play a metaverse game and post my score?

Only if you edit the one in the MetaverseData folder. If you just edit the regular one, that should be enough for Galactopedia to use, and it should cause no harm to the game.
