DA DL question.

I purchased DA a week or so ago, and recieved the email that has the Pre-Order Ref # on it.

When Im in StarDock Central, I can only "purchase" the game, no DL option for it.

I did this on my girlfriend's email address.

What do I do so that I can start the DL?

Check, Im wearing her clothes.

But the expansion still wont DL.

When I pre-ordered the game, did it create a Stardock Central acct for her that will have the DL available?

They apparently determine what account to unlock it on via the email address. You can probably contact support and get this straightened out easily enough.

I wanna play soo bad. I havnt figured it out yet.

Was there a Different stardock acct created when we used her email to purchace it?

I imagine the system confuses a lot of people that dont do this sort of thing often. Im certainly scrathing my head and a little frustrated at the moment.

If you did not order under the same email address as you use for your SDC/Forums account, you will need to manually register the DA serial you received at the email address you purchased with in SDC. Failing that, contact support@stardock.com and request an account merge.

Is the DA serial # same as PreOrder Reference #?

It said that I would receive another email, but have not.

says this

You will be notified via email when Galactic Civilizations II - Dark Avatar [CD Pre] is available.

I have not got another email. Has there been a mistake, or are they still sending them out?

No.

All of the DA-only preorders (I don't know about GC2:Gold orders) have been processed and charged, AFAIK. If you didn't get an email saying that you'd been charged and here's your serial, you may need to contact sales@stardock.com.

What posible reason would I not have recieved an email? it is available...

Man, I wish that I hadn't checked the site tonight now.
