Downloading DA

I received an email from sales with a serial number in it, thanking me for my purchase. the link in the email caused Stardock Central to run. I could see Dark Avatar in the update tree, but it had a big "purchase" button there... What does this mean for me? Does the site think that I haven't paid for it (I have, or I wouldn't have the email from sales)? Or is it simply not available to me yet? I was one of the pre-order people, not a beta player. I'm a bit confused, because the update to Dread Lords that it installed has a version number later than the version number of Dark Avatar. Thanks!

If it doesn't automatically work, you may need to register the serial in SDC under Tools Menu->Register Product. If you ordered with a different email address than you use for forums/SDC, you may also need to have support@stardock.com manually merge your accounts.

i just realized, i did use a different email, so that is likely the problem. i'll send an email to support. i'm really kicking myself right now...

Attempting to install DA via Startdock Cetntral over past few days and again just now...no luck.   

I preordered it months ago.
Viewing the log during the download it says the following:

I should have looked for this thread before ordering XD I didn't notice until I couldn't download it myself. So now I have sent an email to SD Support about merging.
