Starship Intelligence Report information

a newbie question : how can I see the "Starship Intelligence Report" screen in the game ?? Saw that on the Gameplay Examples and haven't been able to find it in game.

It's a feature of Dark Avatar, so you won't find it anywhere in the base game.
