Help with Stardock Central

I know that this really isn't Stardock's fault, but I was hoping someone could help me with this anyway. When I try to run Internet Explorer, no matter what website I go to, I encounter a 403 error. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem because I use Opera, but desktop programs like XFire, GPGNET, and, worst of all, Stardock Central also encounter 403 errors. I was hoping that someone could help me with this because I need to update DA.

All I could really say is to check the Security and Connections tabs in IE's internet options. Make sure it isn't trying to use a proxy, or put all websites under high-security mode, or something else that would prevent things from operating.
