Help...When I click on New Folder(Create new folder on desktop)...

When I click on New Folder(Create new folder on desktop) in the right click menu I get no response. The menu stays open like I haven't done anything at all. If I do it without Right Click enabled it works fine. Anybody know what I can do to get this working?

I've never got the RC command to work. What I do is hold down the CTRL key while I right-click and it will bring up the normal RC menu. You can then choose New > Folder
