Install of OB breaks "no-hide" Win Taskbar in OD

When ObjectDesktop is installed the ObjectDock Configure Dock option "Hide the Windows Task Bar" ""un-checked"" stops working and the Windows Task Bar stays permenatly hidden. Recommendations?

Meant to say; When "ObjectBar" is installed the ObjectDock Configure Dock option "Hide the Windows Task Bar" ""un-checked"" stops working and the Windows Task Bar stays permenatly hidden. Recommendations?

With a little more experimenting; if you installed ObjectBar you have to go to Theme Editor and un-check "hide windows taskbar" to get the Windows Task Bar back. Ok, for dummies like me then ObjectDock should gray out "hide the windows task bar" or replace the option with a link to ObjectBar Theme Editor when ObjectBar is installed with ObjectDock.

Only ObjectBar themes that are meant to be a Windows Taskbar replacement will be set to hide Windows taskbar. Open OB and load VistaBar, it is a sidebar, you will see it does not hide Windows taskbar.

Thanks, but not the issue. Basically when OB is installed, the OD "hide win task bar" becomes non-functional and doesn't tell you that since OB is installed you must use OB to enable or disable "hide win task bar". Poor implementation between the two apps and not documented. At least gray out this option in OD so you have to ask why and find the answer in FAQ.

Right click your taskbar, properties, one reason I rarely use OB is that it changes taskbar settings, it checks autohide and unchecks taskbar on top of other windows.

It makes it difficult for the average newbe to understand this behavior. Obviously upon installing OB, your Win Taskbar disappears and cannot be restored through OD, you can't get the Win Taskbar back to click on anything, it's hidden and Win Taskbar properties unavailable. While in OD, you are re-directed to OB to un-hide Win Taskbar how? Yet another undocumented SD "feature".
