registration of desktop x

That's strange.

Go here enter your e-mail address you used to purchase it with and they will send you an e-mail with your information needed to register.

If that doesn't work, I would contact support@stardock.com directly.

desktopx 3.0 is working ,just still cant register it i will mail support about it

did you just buy desktopx or the package?

Make sure you uninstall any trial versions of the software before installing a registered version. If this does not work, download Stardock Central, and download it from there.

i just got desktopx , i did delete the trial version before instaled the full version i was on stardock central when i bought it ,
i also just got desktop aquarium 2007 today and i cant register that as well same message invalid seriel number allso been getting a 1001 error come up when i try to register items
ive got curser xp windowblinds ,icon packenger, iconx,windowfx they all register ok

i decided to uninstall stardock central as it started to stop responding i reinstalled it now i cant load it at all i get is the screen to put name email and password i click next and i just get the 1001 error and then it stop responding have to use ctrl atl delete to shut it down
i have no idea whats wrong   
have email stardock and rereport whats happening with new info

got msg bk from stardock surrpot just said the 1001 error was couse of firewall , but still getting messages saying the seriel number is invaild even though its not , i had a up date for windoblinds the other day that downloaded ok so connection must be ok
dont know why it say serial nummber invalid on desktop x and aquarium 2007

go into SDC and switch server (i think it's in the internet options in settings)

did you follow the link in #1 and enter your email and see if the same or different serial is sent to you?

yes i did that , still says the serial number is invalid on desktop x and aquarium 2007

If support suggested that it was a firewall issue then try temporarily disabling your firewall and then try registering the programs to see if that solves this issue.

i turned off my firewall & adware and i still get 1001 error or the seriel number is invalid

think ill give up

i had anouther update for winblinds just know and that conected ok and downloaded , dont make sence that works and still get 1001 error or invalid code for desktopx and aquarium 07
is the only way to register products threw stardock central is there any other way to do it ?
