hi. I have just installed window blinds. I only have version 3.5 because I only have windows ME
well, anyway, like I sayed im new to this, and dont know how to do much. so I just went around looking for a skin. I found one I like and downloaded it (http://www.skinbase.org/rate.php?skins=37976)
I put all of it into 1 folder. then I right clicked on properties on my desktop, and went to skins. I added the skin file, and I applyed that skin. but something just dident look the same as on my computer to the picture of what the skin was suppose to look like. I though there must be another file to this. so I went to the dictionary where I had put everything and found a file called "wallpaper.jpeg" I uploaded that as my background, but there was still something missing. I looked around more and came apon another image. this time it looked like a toolbar. a cool one, but I dident get what I was suppost to do with it:
I also found plenty of other files like a "config settings file" that was named sysmetrix. and others like more pics and stuff
I have no idea what to do with them. so can someone help me and tell me what to do?
