Help with Skin/themes

Hi when i apply the thems/skin my explorer bar does not change to the skin or theme that come with it. It still is the default explorere bar of windows...is it due to the fact i had ran other skinnig/theme software like style XP previously? How can i remedy this, coz it simply spoils the gorgeous skins that are made here...

P.S: i am currently still using the trial version or do i need to upgrade to full in order for the xplorer bar to be applied?
